Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This website, My Archivist, is operated by Three Seven Consulting Ltd (company number 14097769), registered at 20‑22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at info@three-seven.co.uk.

The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you fill in the demo request form, and what you send us is used only to reply to you.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to enter in the demo request form: your name, your school or institution, your email address, and any message you include.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins, and the site has no user accounts.

How we use it

That's all. We do not add you to marketing lists, send newsletters, sell or share your details with anyone else, or contact you about anything unrelated to your enquiry. Our lawful basis for this processing under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us.

Where your information goes

When you submit the form, your details are delivered as an email to our info@three-seven.co.uk inbox using Microsoft Azure Communication Services, with data processed in the United Kingdom. The website itself stores nothing — there is no database of submissions behind it.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like almost all web hosting, Microsoft's infrastructure may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers; that request includes your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to handle the conversation and any business relationship that follows. If nothing comes of an enquiry, it is deleted in the normal course of managing our inbox.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@three-seven.co.uk — we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
